Why we collect it

We use your information to process your order, deliver our editing service and communicate with you about your project.

Third-party processors

We use Stripe to process payments and Supabase to store order and contact data. These providers have their own privacy and security practices, and only receive the information needed to perform their service.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information and order data only as long as needed to fulfil your order and for reasonable business record-keeping. We will delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

No sale of data

We never sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
