Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Thalor Studio, a New Zealand-based short-form video editing service. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
Thalor Studio provides short-form video editing, typically 60–90 second clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, across Basic, Standard and Premium/Batch tiers as described on our Pricing page.
2. How orders work
You submit your footage and brief through our order form, select a tier and pay via Stripe. We deliver the edited video within the turnaround time stated for your chosen tier, starting once we have received payment and all required footage.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering and is processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
4. Revisions
Basic includes 1 round of revisions, Standard includes 2 rounds, and Premium/Batch includes 2–3 rounds. Revisions cover adjustments to the existing edit. Requests for new footage or a different style are treated as a new order.
5. Ownership
Once payment is complete and the final edit is delivered, you own full rights to the finished video. Raw footage you supply remains your property at all times.
6. Acceptable use
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any footage, music, logos or other brand assets you provide to us, and that their use in your edit will not infringe anyone else's rights.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thalor Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a delivered video. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
